Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

HealthMetrics has completed 84 WIC projects nationally. WIC provides valuable nutrition and counseling to vulnerable pregnant woman and their children, making a significant impact on improving the health of these groups.  HealthMetrics Optimal Performance Projects assist this critical program to ensure WIC clients have quick access to these services and that services are high quality.

On average WIC projects result in:

• Over 20% increase in productivity creating expanded access to services
• Shorter visit times while ensuring excellent participant satisfaction and education
• Adjusting staff mix to improve staff satisfaction and decrease visit unit cost
• Significantly faster access to services
